Great place to stay on vacation close to the beach loved the roof top pool

If Sam ain’t working, do not book. He is the only manager/personal that truly cares about guest and really takes his time to make sure not just myself but everyone he encounters is satisfied and all needs are met. Unfortunately, sam was not present till the last day of my trip, hence the reason why I’m writing this review. The service could have been better. Not terrible, simply said.. could have been better. Waited 45 mins for towels to be delivered to our room, could not take a shower. And the room they assigned myself and significant other and I was awfully small and not ideal for 2 people. Thanks

The included perks were a great bonus as well, especially the two complimentary beach chair rentals and the $29 food credit.

Great place. They do the mandatory room charge thing which I'm not a fan of. But, it's a great location, clean, and great staff.

Big room, a little dated, small bathroom and mandatory resort fee was unexpected.

Checked in early. Great location close to everything on South Beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool on the roof. Will definitely stay again.

In our room, the floor was not clean. The sink did not drain quickly. The beds were against the wall that was shared by another room - instead of on the other wall that was not shared. When we were getting ready for bed the other guests were trying to get in the door and were loud. Would have been less obtrusive if it was on the other wall.

The room and staff were very nice! Room was clean! However the rest of the hotel seemed dated and worn out and was not very inviting! Probably would not stay there again!

Some of the staff was friendly and cleanliness Impossible to sleep, walls aren't sound proof so street or noisy neighbors make it really tough to sleep... Could hear neighbors making weird throat noises and spitting..

The room was clean, beds really comfortable. My only note: Hotel room has hardwood floors and therefore can occasionally hear people above you if you're not on the top floor.

The bathroom vent fan didn't work and the sound of a sewage sump grinder outside or a mechanical motor shutting on and off every 10 seconds was annoying in room 104. Also the room was ice cold but heat could not be activated. Like a meat locker .
