The staff were helpful but the overall experience was okay. IMO it’s definitely overpriced compared to One Hotel and Edition.

Hotel is not ready to be open yet, Smell by main entrance due to unfinished construction is terrible.

Very slow, non-responsive service. Pool organizers were awful and you had to be down at the pool at about 630a to reserve a lounge chair or perhaps give a huge tip in advance. All staff had their hand out for tips for doing any little thing.

We enjoyed the style of the hotel - and the beach/pool areas the most.

Noisy rooms. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room especially when they came in st 3 am every morning.

Very dark inside main hotel.

The hotel feels tired and could do with a facelift. The towels were stained and the Delano Beach had no towels for their guests. We complained and were offered complementary breakfast. Service was slow at the hotel.

I found none of the public spaces quiet enough to sit (or read at). Parking was not included and expensive at over $40 per night.

They charged me the hotel tax and my reservation was with everything include VERY bad thing to do this is a scam

The bathroom in our room smelled like a sewer and we mentioned it to the staff, nothing was done. The faucet in the sink of our BR kept falling off. The toilet had an issue flushing from the moment we arrived. Not at all up to par and very disappointing
