Henrosa Hotel

Stayed at the Henrosa three nights, very cleanly, very stylish, and very accommodating. Also a very close walk from the beach. Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in Miami beach.

Even though I would defintiely stay at the Henrosa again, I took 1 star off for several reasons. The walls are super thin. I could hear doors opening and toilet flushing/etc in the room next door. I could also hear their tv, and I know the volume wasnt that loud. Thats just how thin the walls are. I can also hear every sound from the hallway. I was also woken up around 8:30am my first morning because two members of housekeeping were having the loudest conversation outside my door for a good 30-45mins. One was cleaning the room across from me and the other was just standing at the door. Other reason I took off a star is co there was some leftover sticky stuff on the room phone. I just avoided that area my entire stay. And one last reason I took off a star are the sheets. They are rough! Which is even more uncomfortable when youre sunburnt. But yup. Thats all. I’ll probably stay at Henrosa again… i’ll just lower my expectations.

Conveniently located one block from the beach and Starbucks.

Passable

The hotel is conveniently located near South Beach and Espanola Way in Miami Beach, and offers bedroom well furnished (safe, fridge, TV, private bathroom). Beach towels can be rented for free at the hotel, and two beach chairs at the nearest beach are included with the booking. The staff is friendly and helpful; they don’t have a breakfast room, but guests can have breakfast nearby thanks to an agreement with another property. Everything was great

The room itself was nice and a good size and a good bathroom. Aircon was great when used. You can leave luggage in reception, yeah maybe not considered that safe but there was always somebody there. Nice hotel, good location Free loungers on the beach, but an extra $25 a day for an umbrella, they do have cheap ones you can borrow in the lobby but they aren't great. The aircon was on in the background constantly, but more like white noise so was able to sleep through it most of the time. Main problem for me was you could clearly hear people in the rooms either side chatting or watching tv and people walking outside, so a lot of internal noise, but luckily we heard nothing from outside. The view of room 206 was just of another wall and I once observed a man having a poo, yes a poo outside in the alleyway, although this isn't the hotels fault just something I've never experienced before. Also within the room there was lack of wardrobe space having only 5 hangers and nowhere for 2 people to sit so had to sit on the bed.

Perfect location, kindly and really helpful stuff. No chair in the room, noisy cooling system, bad smell, because the window is not opening.

Clean, well located boutique hotel. Lift is a bonus. Coffee and water station appreciated. The bathroom was nice, water pressure perfect. Air-conditioning broke down on one side of the hotel. Our room was getting too hot. We were offered a different room, which was fine. But it was freezing in the room .Hopefully we won't get sick. Also, every time we moved, the bed squeaked quite loud. Second chair in the room would make someone's stay a bit more comfortable. .

I will choose that hotel every time I visit Miami. The accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Nothing to complain about

Location was awesome, staff friendly, helpful and kind. Cute clean hotel! The walls of the room are thin; hear TV and music from other rooms. The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Nice and clean. The location is perfect and they have room service every day.

Breakfast

Pros: -Silver Expedia perk included a complimentary bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, which was a nice touch -Complimentary ice water, tea, and coffee were always available in the lobby -Staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. -Beach towels were easy to check out at the front desk, and Esteban’s beach chair service was convenient and friendly -Hotel has a lot of character and charm; room was comfortable and well-maintained, and A/C worked very well -Resort fee paid on-site; included bottled waters in the room -Mini fridge was on the smaller side but worked perfectly for our needs -TV included in the room -Excellent location with very easy beach access just a short walk away Parking: -We parked in the garage across from Loews Hotel, about a 5-minute walk from Henrosa. Daily parking was ~ $24 and worked out well! Other: -Did not try the breakfast, as it was not included with our stay Would definitely stay here again for the location, friendly staff, and charming atmosphere!

Great property. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if we could. We highly recommend this place.

Comfortable & near the beach! It was cold at times for myself but you can adjust the temp in rooms. My daughter love the cold so to each their own. It’s to be expected due to the extreme heat.

Very good

It’s beautiful, great location close to all of the shops and south beach. The temperature is in the rooms are controlled by staff so with that said my sister and I felt like we were in a walk-in freezer aside from that no other complaints.
