The private hot tub, which was the reason why the price was so much, of course did not work!!! Definitely not worth the price

Nothing. Everything was horrible. Everything such as: guest service, dirty and old towels, the room furniture condition were horrible, misleading description of accommodations and appliances, bathtub clogged, the curtain iron was falling of the wall, terrible breakfast nothing like the description, no private entrance to the beach and the parking is far from the hotel entrance.

Great location, close to beach and to restaurants/shops. Staff was great! Lobby was great to relax. We played cards, listened to music and had few cocktails while enjoying fantastic weather. Can't beat price!

Love it I stayed for just 2 days, I had low expectations but the room was beautiful would definitely recommend, the staff and the manager were lovely, wish I could’ve stayed longer the bed was super comfortable and the location is great close to everything, definitely coming back to this place when I visit Miami !

Hair was found on the bath tub once we got there. Damaged shower head. Very noisy from outside as if the windows weren't closed properly but they were. Bathtub drain kept on coming off. Very difficult to take a bath when the water keeps draining. One hair dryer for the whole property. Had to leave my license as security deposit when needed. The nice pictures on the listing don't tell the true story. Has a lot of potential. The property is neglected and the staff will not "woah" guests.

Clean friendly overall good place to stay

Even if you leave a note on the door requesting cleaning, they don't do it.

Love the Location My room was not serviced my whole stay. I have to ask for towels and wash cloth. Outside of the toilet bowl was not cleaned.

The property is mind blowing, feels cozy and luxurious at the same time, it's different to everything around in miami beach, and its a block away from the beach, with a great location to go to south beach, it's amazing, Im coming back The bathroom didn't have a hairdryer, I can't think about anything else.

Wish I would have spent more for a different hotel. AC didn't work in our room and bathroom fixtures had rust. Hotel was booked and were not able to be moved to different room.

Room was basic and clean. My only issue was the quality of the towels, and there was the tiniest bar of soap and nothing else in the bath.

Room and bathroom were clean. Very MINIMAL services. I asked for a wine glass or a juice glass for some wine & all they had were coffee cups. For the price & location it was fine.

We rented the penthouse. The hot-tub did not work. There was supposed to be a jetted tub in the room it didn’t have one like it said. Also the AC there wasn’t any. We had a unit that had to have a door open. Felt very unsafe. The sink would leak onto the counter. Not a great place to stay

Continental breakfast is a stretch, it was bread with only one type of jam milk coffee and tea with only frosted flakes, only compliant i would have about this place is the breakfast, but i didnt know ot qas included so it was a bonus lol
