Before we even checked in, we were offered an early check-in for an additional $75. When we declined, the attitude of the staff noticeably changed. From that point on, the front desk staff were cold, unhelpful, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or welcome. We were given access to the pool while waiting for our room, but the area was shockingly poorly maintained. There were drink cups floating in the pool that appeared to have been left from the previous night, and the entire pool deck looked neglected. Although we didn't use the cabanas, the visible dirt and lack of cleanliness made it clear they weren't being properly maintained either. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was disappointing. It was noisy, lacked any kind of welcoming vibe, and felt more concerned with enforcing rules than ensuring guests had a positive experience. Other guests told us they had been reprimanded for simply wearing their swimsuits through the lobby while quickly running to collect something from the front entrance hardly unreasonable behaviour at a hotel with a pool. For the prices charged, the service and cleanliness were completely unacceptable.

Great hotel in the centre of Wynwood with lovely restaurants and bars nearby Small rooms but very comfortable Lovely pool area and really great gym Rooms are very small. No space to unpack any clothes but we only stayed two nights so wasn’t too bad but would have been difficult if we stayed longer
