Excellent parking close to many amenities

Everything was excellent: the location, breakfast and more!

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a bit aged and the elevators wait was long as 1 was out of service. The rooms need upgrading, old model furniture and TV stand that took up too much space that blocked the openess of the room

The Elevators don’t work ! Not a black out room you can see sunlight. SL stay away from street view too loud.

La atención fue súper buena, los trabajadores de front desk muy amables, también la la muchachas del desayuno. La piscina muy limpia y todo muy bonito. Las habitaciones súper, nos encantó, sin duda volveremos 😃😃

The food was freshly made with snacks all day

Property overall was ok but guest service were not very helpful with issues. Tv wasn’t working and room that a family member in our party got was not what they requested so they had to sleep on the floor because no rooms were available to change them into. Not only that but they were informed they would not get their money back, completely unacceptable. Also only 1 elevator was working which made wait times crazy and the stair layout was not the best if you wanted to try and get to your room from the lobby! Really unhappy about our experience!
