Place is dated.. mold in shower, food in restaurant expense and terrible, 22% tip automatically added to every purchase.

Great stay overall. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The best part of my experience was the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were outstanding—very professional, friendly, and always helpful. They made transportation easy and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location next to airport and views of Inter Miami football stadium on one side This property doesn’t respond to messages on Booking.com - plus despite sorting early check-in, receptionist was miserable, rude and made an unauthorised charge without explaining

Check in staff and wait-staff were excellent. Had to change rooms as it smelled horrible, the mattress was caved-in, and was dingy. They quickly gave us another room which was on a different floor. It still had an odor but it wasn’t as bad. Carpets throughout the entire hotel are ripped and stained. Our tub was chipped and damaged. Frankly the entire hotel needs a complete renovation. Not what we expected from a Sheraton at the price we paid. Food at the restaurant was very good though.
