My room was amazing. Really big, comfy bed, and a lovely freestanding bath which was such a nice way to relax after a day of shopping. The only negative I’d say is that my room wasn’t ready at nearly 3pm, which is not great. But other than that, great experience.

This was a great property conveniently located in downtown Miami. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Included cocktail and breakfast were very good. Great view of the cruise port.

My stay at The Grayson was truly 5-star from check-in to check-out. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. I especially loved the poolside service, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would highly recommend The Grayson to anyone looking for outstanding service and a comfortable, upscale stay. I look forward to returning!
