Large and clean rooms with great customer's service.

This place was very nice! Super close to all sorts of things to do, very clean and well maintained. The staff we interacted with were all super nice and professional. The bar area was really neat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for parking $20.00 a day and yet there are not responsible for anything that happens to the car.

The room was clean and comfortable and bar tender was great.

The rooms and the bar and seating areas were very nice. I didn’t like that there wasn’t actually airport shuttling or complimentary breakfast which were major selling points. It’s was misleading

The hotel was well-maintained and provided daily housekeeping services. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided tips for an enjoyable stay. The complimentary Uber service and neighboring restaurants were also a plus, especially for a solo traveler. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof from the noises in the lobby and other rooms close by.

The room was clean. The view was basically the roof front. Staff at 10 PM were not the friendliest or accommodating. We did have problems with the toilet where we needed to fix the valve ourselves to make sure we had water in the tank to flush. Hot breakfast is basically microwavable items. For an overnight state is OK but

The staff was exceptional. Mr. Andre Wright, the General Manager, and Ms. Raiza De Leon, the Assistant General Manager. They offered impeccable customer service. Andre was very welcoming and greeted me immediately when I arrived. Andre answered any questions that I had. Raiza, same thing, she was very kind and made me feel at home. Admittedly, I cannot think of anything that I did not like. It was a great stay, and I plan to return.
