Sleep Inn & Suites Midland West

The suite was a great size. Everything was well kept. Only downside was when the elevators went out. Other than that a great stay.

Sleep Inn is a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Midland.

The hotel is convenient to numerous Midland doctors and attractions. The stay was quiet, and the room had everything we needed. Friendly staff and clean accommodations along with the good price for a Midland hotel make this stop one to add to your trip.

Was very pleased with our stay! The hotel was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property was very well maintained. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast, the pool was nice and it had put put there The light fixtures in the pool, needs to be fixed before it causes an electrical problem when people or kids are in the pool

Astro housekeeping, and I assume they would change my sheets and they did not and there was also black hairs intertwined in the sheets. I asked for sheets to be brought up to my room so I can change and I never got a response and when I told Managment about it, they just said I’m sorry I will talk to housekeeping.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. Parking is well lit and close to entrance. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable.

Front desk was very accommodating with a late night check in The floor had a weird sticky substance on it, it was very dated. There was also very little water pressure to the sink and hot water took a very long time. Additionally, there was 2 very sharp pieces of the bed frame that were sticking out which created a hazard when walking around

For starters right when I walked in the place, the lady behind the front desk was awesome. Very friendly very nice and I just all-around enjoyed her and then I came back a little bit later and it was a different lady and she was awesome too. They were super friendly with my pup and super friendly with me. They left me feeling great about the place. It was really nice clean and a wonderful experience. I really can’t think of anything that was not good. I guess I would’ve liked to have honey with my breakfast and maybe some fruit but besides that they were awesome.

Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Hotel was fairly quiet. Lobby staff were very friendly. Bathroom was clean but flooring was bubbling up in places. No complaints, the stay was good overall.

Breakfast was great. Great staff..very friendly. Quiet and location was great. Great parking. Wifi was good. We'll be back, for sure. We were behind the elevator. We could hear the moan of it. Luckily, it wasn't too loud. I just wish motels these days had housekeeping everyday. We did get it one day. That was nice. Hairdryer burned out.

Everything was good. Big room, comfy bed.. My husband didn't care for the coffee at breakfast at all and he's not picky about coffee. Usually hotel breakfast coffee is his favorite. Also, they didn't have any packages of plain oatmeal....
