Very nice property. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Nice, helpful staff.

A very restful stay and fantastic breakfast! Comfy bed, very clean room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a full sized kitchen in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle met my expectations with a very friendly driver.

Check-in was friendly and efficient particularly since we checked in past 11 o’clock at night. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor eating area is very pleasant.

We will definitely return again!

The Wi-Fi is also very unreliable, so I don't recommend it as a place to work from.

The room I got was old and dirty although the website advertises a more up to date room.Flies and other bugs throughout the room. Woke the first morning after sleeping in the bed to two bug bites on my back.Avoid this place at all cost.. I came there 1 hr before check in and the female desk clerk said I could check in an hour early for a 25$ charge… I happily declined and waited one hour to get the same room which was ready when I got there.. My room had a full kitchen that was filthy.. Yes I have photos…Oh by the way they charge you 15$ a day to park in the garage ? Anything to bleed your wallet at this dump

I decided to book this room to get an extra 2 hours of sleep before a flight. What a mistake. This is a very dated property with doors that open to the outside. I heard every single person who walked by our room. Towels were threadbare. Lighting was garish. Sink drained slowly. Room smelled stale. I saw reviews that mentioned the value for the money. I guess my question would be how much those people paid. For $400 I would expect a good night’s sleep and a refreshing shower. The best I can say is the coffee was fine and the hairdryer worked. Also the lobby looks nice.

This property is interesting -- located on a boulevard in a residential area close to San Francisco Airport. It has "old California" feeling with open walkways and a center courtyard with pool. The rooms are spare and not-luxurious, but utilitarian, spotless and very comfortable. I'd give the bed a 5-star rating, super comfortable. Black-out drapes, full desk and working chair, lots of outlets for power. The bathroom was clearly newly remodeled and was the design-feature of the room with nice tile, good lighting and two sinks. I picked it because I needed an economical, one-night stay, but having stayed, I would now recommend it for a work traveler or budget-minded single.

The lady that serves breakfast was very kind,friendly and helpful. The blonde lady at the front desk was very nice and lovely. Place was very clean i would stay here again.

Clean. Best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel free breakfast. Also lots of non-dairy options.

The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast included was nice and the selection was really good. The rooms were ok and left a lot to be desired. Furniture and bathrooms were not what the photos showed. I felt the images didn’t depict the hotel properly. You have to swipe far in the photos to see the hotel doors open to the outside. Overall for one night it was fine but maybe not a hotel I would seek out again.

Nice place near the airport , a short drive away from a mall , 45 min from the city , stuff are very welcoming . Breakfast is simple , but has vegan and gluten free options .

The hotel stay was actually amazing. Though it may be a little outdated it was clean and well kept. The breakfast was not bad at all for it being a grab and go, they had waffles, eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, cereal, milk, and the possible necessities to survive the morning. The parking is probably the cheapest you’ll find in the area. I love the area because you’ll find a target, liquor and conscience stores within 10 minutes of driving. Good accessibility for families with kids. Definitely staying here again!

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Close to the airport. It was a quick trip but would stay here again

I found everything as my expectations despite the busy city.
