Clean rooms and very comfortable

Nice quiet clean rooms. My kids liked the pool because it was a little deeper than average at 8 ft so they could dive for coins.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. I knew breakfast wasn’t included, but a free coffee in the lobby would have been a great bonus.

I liked the modern rooms with plenty of outlets and charging ports. I also thought that the restaurant attached to the hotel was very nice, great food, and great hours.

Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to downtown Minneapolis. The on-site Tavern had excellent food and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, convenient location…wish they offered coffee in the morning rather than having to buy it from their Starbucks stand.

Location close to freeway but not a lot of other stores/restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and check in and out went smoothly. Room was quite clean and very well organized. Water provided, ice down the hall, refrigerator in room. Lots of outlets. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Shower hot and clean. Appreciated there was a restaurant. Unfortunately their internet connection was down so had to pay by cash. Minor inconvenience. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Lobby coffee shop also available.

The room was clean, the security system there was excellent and the staff were friendly.

We had to remind him several times to contact maintenance. He continuously forgot our room number and name. My kids intended to go swimming, but because it took over an hour for him to contact maintenance. It was too late because the pool was to close soon after we finally got in. Once maintenance fixed my battery issue it took less than three minutes. The front desk ruined our stay. I will never stay at a Delta hotel because of the unsatisfactory customer service we have received.
