Nice hotel close to the Stone Arch Bridge. Nice to hae a full breakfast

The breakfast unfortunately wasn’t very good… staff was very friendly and accommodating…hotel is clean and I felt safe enough, if I were to ever travel solo… which I do quite often….

The building is clearly older, and the rooms reflect that. However, while the rooms are slightly dated, ours was very comfortable and clean. The location is great for exploring the area. Close to restaurants and US Bank Stadium. Nothing

Great location! Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Easy 10 minute walk to US Bank stadium, very nice room, great breakfast. Everyone was very friendly. We grabbed a couple of frozen meals to heat up in the microwave when we got back from our concert, and appreciated the selection. Also only a one mile walk from puppy yoga in the morning! It was a great location for our stay. Easy parking! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Location and staff were amazing Paying $466 for a hard bed and mediocre room and then having to pay $30 to park there

breakfast was good. Staff was great and the room was very clean and very roomy. We loved our stay there.

We only spent one night to attend a concert so we didn't have a chance to utilize most of the amenities. We did have their free buffet breakfast which had a lot more to offer than expected and was delicious! The staff was awesome!!! Very helpful, friendly, and really seemed genuine in their kindness! I would definitely stay there again!

The review I’m giving has to do with their ADA accommodations! So hopefully there are some people with disabilities out there who would appreciate my experience. The ADA room that I had had a roll in shower and plenty of room. It was a two bedroom. One bedroom was ADA and the other bedroom was not. The only thing about the ADA bedroom was that the bed was actually too low for me! I appreciated that the bed was lower but for me it was too low. So the general manager, a super nice guy, had maintenance put risers underneath the bed! It was perfect! I felt like the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me in this way. Otherwise, there are some ramps that are a little steep. One going into the front entrance and the other going to the restaurant. But the front entrance has automatic door openers, which is wonderful! They’re only two handicap parking spaces and only one of them is wider. The other seems to be not much wider than a normal parking space. Overall out of five stars I give it a three.

We came to Minneapolis to stay in a nice hotel, rent a nice room and go to a show at the Guthrie as a special Christmas treat that we hadn’t done for years. We got to the hotel, checked in and I decided to go to the hotel room while the rest of the party was going back to the car to get luggage. Luckily, my father in law and husband, at the last moment, decided to check out the room with me because when we opened the door there was a disheveled man in our room. He smelled of urine and marijuana. He claimed that we were in his room. We asked him to come to the front desk with us and rode the elevator with him. It was very uncomfortable as he dug in his bags to “find his key” which he never had. We left him with the front desk person and they gave us a new room. We were given drink tickets and free parking as an apology for this very scary situation.

Walking distance to a lot of attractions

$30 for overnight parking at a hotel that I've already paid for is just pathetic.

Very good
