The room was nice and clean, the staff were super helpful and the breakfast was hot and tasty!

The staff were very polite and kind. The breakfast was perfect, just a little something to get on the road. Everything was very clean and neat. Will recommend to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Front desk young man was very friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was really nice. Breakfast was good with different options. We booked an accommodation room for a wheelchair. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. After being in the room for sometime we smelled sewer and it was coming from the bathroom. The smell was horrible. We notified the young man at the front desk and he moved us to a regular room due to them not having anymore accommodation room. We get to the new room and the sink pipe is leaking. At that point we was like forget it we just gonna have to deal with it because we wasn’t moving to another room. Over all the stay was pleasant and we will be back again.

This is one of the best hotels me and my wife stayed at. We are definitely stay here again when we visit Atlanta.

The property was very neat but the ac was very noisy and tv not working. Staff not doing anything about even when complaints were made

Parking was fine. I was booked in a room that only had one key and I was told to make sure I returned it. They did not explain that the lock on the room door was defective and on returning to my room Saturday evening I was locked out. Staff had to calla locksmith who had to break in the room. I was told that I could get a cart to put behind the door because it might not lock back. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who would not take any responsibility for the situation although I had asked for another key the previous night. She stated “there’s only one key that is a special room”. I didn’t inquire further because I was helping someone with their luggage. The door had been broken in before, the person at the front desk told me. I gathered my belongings and found another hotel. They should not have booked anyone in a room with a defective lock. The cleaning lady dumped the trash and left fresh towels, but never made the bed…. My stay was terrible.

Safe neighborhood. Easy to jump on freeway. Shopping, food and gas stations nearby.
