Ramada by Wyndham Mountain View

Great hotel, it is right next to the 101 Freeway so you can hear the cars passing all night. I am okay with that level of noice but some people may find it annoying. The room was super clean and the breakfast offered good options for a nice meal.

mold in the cabinets. the AC unit in my room didn’t work. cigarette burn in the shower curtain. was downgraded and told i wouldn’t be refunded the difference because i booked through expedia. ended up checking out early it was gross.

Mucho olor a bleach

The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. Problems: the coffee maker was broken. Worse yet, there were hairs all over the bathroom floor and some in the bathtub. It’s pretty disgusting to look down and see Brown long and some curly hairs on the floor. Also walking around in my socks caused them to be quite black on the bottom. I have blonde hair so, those hairs were not mine. I took pictures, and am trying to upload them.

Room was clean and the bed and pillows were actually really comfortable. Decent spot to stay when you’re going to a show at Shoreline. Parking was a little tight though .

Everything would have been perfect but there was what it looks like cupcake paper on the floor, dirty paper, looks like somebody just how in the floor after eating a cupcake or muffin. Not sure how it got missed from housekeeping. Otherwise our stay was great, reception staff was very friendly.

The chair in the room was filthy (I did mention this) - and I'd rather just not of had a chair in the room (I also mentioned that). The bedding and towels appeared clean, which was at least a positive. I left two days earlier than planned.

Location was good in that it was even distance from alot of places of interest and our con ert venue. Breakfast was yummy and the kitchen staff did great at keeping the bread and hot food stocked. Bed was super comfy, loved the water pressure and temp in the sink, and loved I always had a parking spot hidden away. Nice selection of TV channels. The room was not clean whatsoever; bed sheets had stains, hair was in the shower drain, stains on the bath towels, drip marks on the walls, and trash and dust under the bed. It was right next to the highway so there was noise but it became white noise. Would've been nice to have more hot foods for breakfast and we found one cockroach.

Place was comfy

Loved the breakfast they had available. Came down for the BTS concert and was able to charge my car since the hey onsite charging and they relatively close to the Caltran station. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating!!

Our only complaint, but it's a big one, was our rooms cleanliness. There were varying kinds of hair in the bathtub. There was hair across bathroom sink area. The bathroom wall had "something" on wall. We couldn't go barefoot because there was sticky spots on carpet. This room was not cleaned properly. It felt like the housekeeper stocked towels and made beds. Thankfully the beds felt like the sheets had been changed and beds made. Maybe the housekeeper was sick or they were super understaffed? If they can get the room cleaned it's a great place to stay, friendly staff, good beds and nicely stocked breakfast foods.

Breakfast sucked room smelled moldy no water pressure no hair dryer sawva mouse run in the room hair on the bathroom door. 1st time there and last.

I am handicapped and asked for a room cleaning. This didn't happen. The next day, no housekeeper on site at all. I had a handicap room with a short toilet. Handicap rooms should have the taller toilets.

Its in a good location, plenty of parking Everything is good except the ice machine was not working, but the staff was good and I talk to one of the front desk employee and he give me some ice.

The breakfast is just add on with zero value. It was so bad as it is very basic with bread and juice. So don't expect a good breakfast.
