Staff were helpful and friendly. Lack of attention to details for room preparation; opened soda in mini bar, no bathrobes, ripped slippers. These leave me wondering what else was missed that I am not aware of. Very disappointing as the price was for 5-star hotel, but these incidents left me feeling like I was staying in a 4 star hotel.

The constant checking if we were ok amd add others things to our order. It is good to check with the guest once and there but sometimes it really feels like pressuring and intruisive.

The staff were always present and very happy to help you. We were immediatly met with cocktails and given a free room upgrade! It is a very relaxing place with a great view at breakfast with the option to change scenery and sunbathe/ have breakfast at the otherhotel at the complex. Bigger pool/ bigger gym.

Location, views, meals, comfort, room, staff, everything - you have to pay for drinking water in the room and in the hotel as a whole - far from the hotel beach and you have to pay a trip to the hotel beach 60 € one way

The hotel staff was very helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, just a 10-minute walk away. There are also two other nearby hotels with fantastic pools for you to enjoy. I was particularly pleased with Tatiana, who was very helpful and accommodating to our requests.
