Never came by to clean room after first day. Shampoo dispenser empty, Kleenex dispenser empty. Whirlpool not functioning. I had to empty my own garbage cans. Very outdated rooms and hallways. Hallway carpet could use a cleaning. Elevators made loud noises on opening and closing. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The hotel property was clean and well decorated. The welcoming desk clerk was great, friendly and customer oriented. He was there for the whole short visit. The room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was great, lots of options both cold and hot. The breakfast staff (young man) was very nice and friendly, he kept the food in good supply. The breakfast area was large and spacious, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. Check in and out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here several times and has always been great. This time the staff and amenities were great, but had a bed bug. The staff did upgrade my stay though.
