The elevator needs updating.

The room was clean and amenities were great. However we were there for one night with a 4 pm check in time. Room was not ready until 530. Front desk did not call me like they said I had to call twice and ask for manager and then suddenly my room was ready. Nice hotel with good location and a lot to do but the check in process was ridiculous for such a nice and expensive place.

The villa felt like home away from home. It wasn’t far from the beach at all and the lazy river was right outside our villa! My husband and kids as well as myself truly enjoyed our stay!! We will definitely be back! There’s absolutely NOTHING to dislike about this place!

Not crowded Too much to type. At check in I was made to feel like a criminal because of some issue the property had with booking. They were very rude and told me I would need to produce a bank statement to “PROVE” I had already paid through Booking. They finally say that it is taken care of and ask for my CC to pay the $115 for incidentals. I later found out they went ahead and ran a second charge without my permission or acknowledgement for an amount even higher then what I had already paid through booking. We only stayed for 2 nights and a lot of that was spent on the phone trying to fix their error. As of now we are home and the $450 is still not back in my account.

The room was very clean, spacious, and quiet. I have no complaints at all

I liked how many activities were there and my kids loved the splash pad The trash shoot door wouldn't open so we had to drive our trash to a different location

Staff was friendly and accomodating Outdoor pool was large and heated. This resort was not "smoke free"! Our room was OK for one night (or a few) but was actually adjacent to another larger? unit. We did have access to the washer and dryer
