Seemed like they don’t have a lot of staff in off season. Front counter was empty both times I was at it. Building and room looked fresh. I believe it’s a new build. The desk area was small and the chair has rubber feet so it doesn’t slide out easily. The shower head was installed pretty low so if you’re over 6’ you might find it difficult to get under the shower head. Tv was big and had a lot of channels but when trying to use Netflix it said the room hadn’t been assigned? I didn’t call about it. There are no plates or cups in the kitchen area so I assume you have to ask for them up front. There were some stains (food?) on the floor at the desk that looked like they should of been cleaned by staff before hand. Overall I would recommend this location and would stay again.

Needs a pool and breakfast for guests

Everything was good but the key system was out for the entire hotel which made things strange.

I tried to cancel a few hours after booking, but because I booked the same day, the employee told me I could not cancel. So, I checked in, while he listened to music on his earpods. As everyone said, the walls really are almost paper-thin. You can hear every single word of the television show that the person next to you is watching. So, you can bet that whoever is in the room over can also hear any conversation you might be having. I couldn't see the surrounding area well because I arrived late at night from the airport. However, it was definitely in a less developed part of the area and there wasn't as much around it. It's also the only hotel I've visited where the area you check in and out of was actually closed and had nobody stationed at it early in the morning. When I left the hotel around 6am, there was nobody there. I ended up taking the drive to Fort Meyers and staying there for my work travels.

Clean room and ample parking

All look like new. Amazing hotel 10 stars ⭐️

Only have one complaint, but it’s a doozy. The walls are THIN. You can hear everything that everyone is doing or saying everywhere.

Very close to Great Wolf and it has a full fridge . That it did not offer breakfast

It’s just somewhere to lay your head. Nothing more, nothing less. Customer service was not good. No noise insulation in the rooms.
