Our suite was spacious, bright and clean. All the staff was very friendly. It was great to have access to the beach and have chairs and towels provided. Breakfast was really good, same as the cocktails at the swimming pool.

We recently had a 2 night stay in a beachfront king suite. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was amazing… recently updated, over looking the ocean with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We used the shuttle service to go back and forth from 5th Avenue and lunch was very good at the on site restaurant. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Wonderful boutique hotel with probably the best private beach in all of Naples. Have stayed here many times. The staff are always polite and very helpful. Rooms are immaculate and most have wonderful views of the gulf. Food is excellent too. always come home feeling fresh and relaxed.

Overall we had a nice stay. The property is beautiful and our room was very clean, however the elevators reminded me of a motel. There is chipped paint and no air conditioning in them. Although my room was a purchased as "gulf view", You could only view the partial gulf on the balcony. The food was good, service was a great at the restaurant and the pool. However, for the amount we paid to stay for 3 days, only chairs were offered at the beach. You have to pay for the umbrellas. Who is sitting out in the Florida sun without an umbrella? So they kind of trick you into purchasing the umbrella, which we did not, so we did not enjoy our "beach" day, which is the entire reason we reserved this resort. It was just good.. not great. Not for the price we paid.

Everything was great from the early check in to the late check out. The room was fantastic with a view of the sea from the balcony. Food was amazing. We loved our stay!

The hotel has a lot to offer. It is a resort. Loved the beach, pool , the room and restaurant. The shuttle service was a plus! Greg the bartender at pool bar was awesome! Only negative I can say are low water flow in bathroom and weak WiFi signal. Which they are not game changers at all. Would definitely go back

The hotel was wonderful. The location was great. The pool and beach access was great. The only issue we had was that the AC in the room didn’t seem to work at night in the bedroom.

The only good is the beach is so beautiful. If you looking for a relaxing beach vacay this is not the place go to Mexico. The hotel takes full advantage of you knowing one has limited choices in Naples for a beach front hotel and that is very sad. Standing in a hot line listening to guest argue who was first and who left there bag as there place in line to pay almost $40 for an umbrella after paying dearly for a room with added resort fees is crazy. The hotel should care enough about its guests (knowing the majority are not use to the heat) to want to offer a little shade with their little umbrellas. The drinks are very small and very watered down for a $17 price tag. The server of the beach was so kind, but by herself and couldn’t keep up, while there many bartenders just standing around. There was an awful smell around the pool. Rooms were large, but a little dated. Food was good, but very pricey. This is not any means is not a resort.

The view-pools to ocean with sunset straight out made it the best. Delicious food. Close to 5th Ave. free shuttle or even a 2 mile walk for exercise. High quality clean room. It’s checks all of the boxes for a great vacation.

Room outdated and not kept up to modern standards. Staff not helpful or cooperative and at times very rude. I overpaid for rooms. Expedia and hotel would not price match lower rate. I would not bring my family back here unless there was a complete overhaul of facilities and management/staff. Very disappointed.
