Nothing. I was unable to get a clean room. Twice I was given keys to a room that was not cleaned Everything. Mary @ front desk was unable to resolve this issue and just kept saying “I’m sorry “ I requested a refund and was told that I had booked through Hotel.com & had to deal directly with them. I have submitted this issue to my Financial Institution. I have been in the service industry in Florida since 1974and am appalled by your so called Customer Service

Best thing about this place is location and price. You are less than 3 miles from the beach, Tin city and 5th avenue shopping areas. Less than 20 miles from Marco Island and Bonita springs. Negatives: run down and a musty smell rooms,lumpy beds I had to ask for more towels you only get two, I like two towels just for myself, noises people and cars it’s in a ihop parking lot. I’m a non smoker so I’m turned off by smoking allowed outside of rooms it always floats down to mine. Would I stay again maybe.
