From the moment we walked in to the lobby we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The lobby was very nicely done. Our room was top notch, the jacuzzi tub was amazing. I love the little mini kitchenette area. And the room was very spacious. The pool was wonderful there was only two other little girls in it while we went. Plenty of towels to dry off with. The continental breakfast was one of the best Continental breakfasts I've ever had at any hotel there was plenty of selection. I will recommend this to friends and I plan on making a return.

As far as the staff — they are all very hard working — but rather aloof and not very helpful when approached— The location was pretty awesome — and nice to have a McDonalds, CVS, Subway & IGA—as well as the tourist area of Nashville so conveniently located —

Perfect place to stay and walk to the Brown County music venue! That way you don’t have to pay $10 or even $25!

The room had the most foul odor I have smelled, and the carpet was moist from the humidity. The pool was closed for maintenance, and the entire property was incredibly dated.

It was quite and clean. Very convenient to where we were going.

The beds were nice and clean. The room was old and needing repairs but clean. Shower water pressure was great. The hallway had a leak from the ceiling into the floor with a bucket catching the water. We were able to sit out front of the hotel and enjoy the seating and tables. A nice home touch. All in all older nice hotel with effort being made to maintain and improve. We would gladly stay again.

Management was unwilling to help move me to a 1st floor room. Said they were booked and could not accommodate. They did not appear to be that busy. Didn't care to carry my cooler up the stairs.
