What was most disappointing was not only the incident itself, but the response afterward. I was told the situation was a “false alarm” despite the disturbance being significant enough for police involvement and enough to make us feel unsafe and leave. I was also denied any refund or meaningful resolution. Whether someone intended to enter my room or not, having intoxicated guests repeatedly pounding on a connecting door while alone with a child was frightening and completely disrupted what should have been a safe stay. Safety is about how guests actually experience a situation, not just whether charges were ultimately filed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think future guests deserve transparency.

The room was very nice. Everything was what you would expect. The only downfall was that one night I ordered room service and it wasn’t very good. And it was only nachos for $20 something dollars

There were a couple of hiccups during our stay. I had reserved a room with one king bed but ended up in an accessible room with two queen beds. The elevators were also down while we were there. That said, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help get luggage up to the rooms, which was appreciated. My only real wish is that the hotel had a pool. After spending the day walking around Nashville, it would have been nice to relax by one. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the location was hard to beat. I’d stay here again for the convenience alone.

Nice clean hotel that was a nice short walk to Broadway.

We came into town to see play at TPAC and it was literally right across the street from the theatre. Perfect location. We ordered room service from 4th and U and food was excellent. Nothing

We stayed for five nights as part of our trip to attend the CMA Fest. It was a long walk at the end of the day for all the activities on Broadway, but it was also quieter and more relaxing. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. There are two negatives. The elevators are sketchy and the only option for coffee is to buy Starbucks. There’s nothing complementary for coffee outside the room.

Very close to Boardway easy to get to

Great hotel, awesome location near Broadway

Valet parking should be free if you are staying. Especially with staff wearing wave caps, basket ball shorts and a white tee shirt. The facade of the building is damaged in multiple places. The Elevators feel like a death trap. They shake violently when reaching the 7,8,9 floors. The Elevator doors shake violently when opening and closing. The staff at the 4th&U are terrible at their jobs when it comes to customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary for the week. When we would go down for breakfast, there was no one to greet us. We sat at a table and waiting for 10 min the first morning and then 15 min the next morning just to have someone acknowledge us and ask if we wanted anything. The breakfast was sub par at best. Buffet was no good and the kitchen food wasn’t very good either. The bed sheets in the room had stains on them. As did the carpet. There was hair in the bathroom of our room upon entry for the first time. The bed pillows are useless. They look nice and fluffy. But when you lay your head in them, it goes straight to the mattress. I will be finding another hotel to stay at when I’m in Nashville next time. Hilton needs to do something about this place. It’s giving them a bad name.

Good location, 6 min walk Broadway, big hotel, starbucks in the longe area, great staff…

I will not stay here again. The room doors need repainting. Our bathroom door was rusting off the hinge. There was not a top on the toilet. You couldn't adjust the shower without getting wet because of the way the wall was built. Very weird layout. All the doors are scratched up and need repainting. The staff seemed kind and helpful.

We had a good stay. The room was smaller than the picture made it seem online. The bathroom was so small for our room for 5. And it seemed a little 'older' and in need of attention in many ways. That said the staff were great and very professional- esp valet and front desk.

It was a big room with a good view and very close to the Tennessee Performing Arts Centre. The bathroom was quite small and it was quite slow service in the restaurant when we dined.
