Hidden fees, old facility, very slow check in took over 45 minutes, couch was stained. Not a great experience.
-
Water drained a little slow in bathroom sink otherwise a great stay.

I had the suppose to be deluxe king suite and it was very little and the patio door didn’t lock unless the bar was up there and you could tell that the patio door had been jimmied a bunch of times to where they had to well the patio gate shut so I had to go out my room and around to pool when the pool was right outside the patio very inconvenient

Quick easy check in

Our stay was very good. The lady that checked us in gave us excellent customer service. (Loved the flower in her hair. It really suited her) the pool was amazing. Our suites were very nice. The only issue was the shower. It ran either hot or cold. My son yelled “zero stars” from his freezing cold shower. You really should check the shower in Room 237. That was our only complaint. The shower in my daughter’s room worked great! The beds were so incredibly comfortable. They made it hard to wake up. All in all the hotel was exceptional.

It was clean and great location!

Everything was great except the sign that says Happy Hour Daily. Happy Hour is only Monday through Friday. But the staff was very professional and welcoming as well as friendly

The front staff at this hotel is incredibly rude not just to my family but with multiple families we were with. My room bathroom was not clean when we got there. I had to ask multiple times for towels so we could shower and again the front office staff was rude about needing towels. Not enough parking. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Beds comfrey . Staff was very helpful and went out of there to help me with a cell phone problem which was canyon my book . Breakfast was excellent really enjoyed . I really like the separate sleeping with the door in between. Which is a must for me. I will stay there again .

Really rude staff, portly maintained facility, expensive breakfast, weird parking situation. Would stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else does.

Excellent except for like most hotels nowadays you need to request housekeeping for clean towels daily and to change the sheets. Also the bathroom lacked a working vent causing condensation and the toilet required repeat flushing on occasion. The staff were pleasant and hospitable. The breakfast was good. Parking was an additional daily expense surprisingly and was not guaranteed.

We took our dog since it was a pet friendly hotel. We put a door tag on the do to not enter. Yesterday after being gone for 3 hours we returned to find our dog gone. The staff said a maid open the door even though a door tag said not to and our dog ran out. They blamed us and said it happened 6 hours ago and they had no idea we had a dog or where it came from. Total lie since I checked in with the dog and how does a maid open the door but not know which room the dog came from. Luckily our dog had an air tag on and after seeing he was pinging several miles away we searched a residential neighborhood for hours before finding him hiding in a wooded area scared. We live in Ohio and this hotel is in Nashville, Tennessee. I contacted the hotel again and asked to speak to a supervisor but was told there want one working. I was then told they checked the log on who accessed our door and they had no record of anyone accessing our room and their employees swip card show up with their names. They claim our dog must have unlocked the door opened a heavy metal door and walked out. Today I was told at 130 pm a duplicate key was used to open our door and it must have been us. We were downtown at that time and I have photos to prove it. They continue to lie to us and blame us for what happened. I asked for 1 night to be removed from our bill and they refused. They were only willing to take off the $50 pet fee and parking. Very unprofessional staff. They haven’t heard the last

Night staff were very helpful. Bar staff was great. Morning desk staff was not in a good mood and it showed. Hotel was very dated. But we were traveling with a uhaul trailer and the staff were very helpful finding adequate parking for the night.
-
The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very old and needs updating but this would not discourage me from staying there again.

We had an amazing experience from the time we walked up to the check in desk- we were assisted by the supervisor & she was so sweet, great customer service & got us checked in quickly! The room was beautiful and I loved the layout of the room.
