Very clean, very quiet. Super friendly staff. Located right off the interstate in a safe, secure area. Less than two miles to Vanderbilt Hospital.

Staff and parking was great!
-
Hotel is a little rough around the edges, but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a good guest laundry, and rooms were well equipped (tv,microwave, fridge, stove, a/c). There's nothing at the location, but there's a bus stop right outside that'll take you Downtown for $2. Breakfast options limited, but okay, however oranges on dats 2 and 3 of our stay were shriveled.
-
Downside, our room did not have stocked items like dishes etc to grab some groceries to make dinner. I would stay again as the staff was great.
-
Smell of the laundry beside my room was awful, although the room seems clean but some cockroach to deal with. Also no breakfast, just a coffee and some snacks that each person were allowed to just take one.

This property was subpar to say the least based on the location. The a/c unit was loud and inconsistent and the refrigerator was loud and disturbing all night. When I reported this issue to the front desk, I was told that all of the refrigerators made this sound and I was probably unaware because we don't usually sleep near our refrigerators. The iron board was broken and I was unable to use the iron because the electrical outlets did not work in the room.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable

It was perfect for the short stay we had. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room and hotel were clean and well cared for. Next time however I will ask for a handicap room. It was difficult to get in and out of the shower and the water pressure was not great.

Exceptionally friendly staff!!
-
It was a decent stay overall but during our one night stay the a/c broke down and leaked all over. The water pressure in the shower was low. It was clean enough and the stuff was very accommodating. Free parking was a bonus but it felt a bit unsafe.
-
The property satisfied the needs we had but the AC unit in the room was not steady. It was either too hot or too cold and turned off and on a lot.
-
Great location with free parking …which is rare in Nashville. Room was more than we needed and we’ll be back

Great value for short stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. All areas of the building were clean.
-
noise from traffic (my room overlooks West End Avenue)

The room was surface level clean. When I got in the shower for the first time, I discovered hair all over the shower walls. Keep in mind I had not showered yet, so it was not clean before. One of the ladies who worked in reception was a real grump. Anytime you needed assistance, she would huff and puff about it.

Breakfast was decent and coffee was good. The manager is extremely rude and very off-putting my experience with her was she always had an attitude especially when we were checking in. We had requested to be on a higher floor then the first floor she copped an attitude and said they couldn't and wouldn't change that or accommodate to us so I just stayed with what we got only because we stayed 6days 7nights and paid over $750.00 for that week but she was extremely unprofessional. It's just sad because her workers were amazing and very friendly and helpful and accommodating.
