Hampton Inn Nashville Airport Century Place, TN

We liked the free shuttle bus from and to the airport. We liked the Quiet Atmosphere. The Rooms were not Ready upon checking in at 3:00 pm and waited. The Room Key Card did not work 2 times and had to go up and down to get new key card and get it corrected.

Good hotel. Quiet location. Beds were firm but not rocks. Really only complaint is the tiny pillows

Perfectly adequate. Rooms have paper thin walls and thus there's a lot of noise from neighbors. Otherwise it was what you would expect for a place where all you're doing is waiting for your next plane

the breakfast was good and abundant. the shuttle to/from airport was efficient and timely service was poor - hotel lacked a lot of usual items. Housekeeping did poor job.

The breakfast food was good, the area could have been a little cleaner ran out of forks.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. It served our purpose by giving us a place to sleep near the airport. The fridge in the room is very loud. I was looking forward to having coffee in the morning, but it was so weak I could barely taste it, so had to drive to Dutch bros down the road for coffee.

Very kind, quick, and competent staff! The front desk person was marvelous, and I loved talking to the driver, Mr. Mike. He is a treasure. My first room smelled like fish. The front desk person quickly moved me next door (to make moving my things easier, but that one also smelled like fish. The third room was great! Moving was no hassle--the front desk person was so quick and kind! But y'all should get that checked out bc sometimes electrical problems can cause a fishy odor. It's actually possibly a fire hazard.

My girlfriend and I had arrived early and the staff was so nice and professional, they got us into our room in no time. Paying for parking after spending nearly two hundred dollars for 1 night stay. Your patrons should not have to pay for parking on top of renting the room.
