Holiday Inn Nashville Downtown - Stadium by IHG

My family and I, enjoyed everything about this Hotel, I highly recommend it.

Paying for parking was the worst feel like you need to remuiburse me I'm a gold elite member with ihg not very helpful also did not get any points not good considering I've been ihg member for 3 or more years

Loved the free shuttle to downtown. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. The high price for parking was a little off putting but overall a great choice.

The staff was amazing. There is a mistake on the description for the downtown Nashville location. It in no way is within walking distance. We had to take an Uber to go to shopping. There is a free shuttle to Broadway, however. Also, the swimming pool is not outdoor but indoor.

Carlos our shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly, and helped us with logistics and gave us suggestions on where to go eat. He was very polite. The only suggestion I would have about the shuttle service would be that you would drop off further down. The hill toward Broadway for older people walking up the hill is very difficult. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the strawberries. Our room was clean. Maintenance came up and brought a bathmat and installed it quickly. We mentioned to them while they were there that the ice machine was not working and it was working within a short period of time after they went and looked at it. Thank you very much for an enjoyable vacation.

The area worries me a little bit, but I think it’s a hidden gem with some great views. Very clean and friendly staff.

Bar staff wasn’t as friendly as the rest of the staff. Rest staff went above and beyond. Not so much with bar staff.

Staff was amazing. Room and property was well maintained. Having shuttle to downtown was awesome. They could drop the parking fee.

Clean room, free shuttle to Broadway and downtown. They only shocker was a $25 a night parking fee.

This property was so clean. Everything was spotless. There were people cleaning all the time. Lobby,restaurant,restrooms and outside. They staff was the best. Always helpful, freindly friendly and professional. This staff is top notch. Bartenders Jorden and Justin were very nice and helpful. Front desk was professional and friendly. Carlos the shuttle driver was way more than a driver. He was like a tour guide. Hope he wears his cowboy hat next year too.

Walking distance to Nissan Stadium and 20 minute walk downtown. Convenient and free shuttle bus operates 7 days a week. Nothing.
