Great day, but the rooftop pool was virtually useless. It only has seating for about 12 people and is very small. That was certainly a disappointment to us.
-
Clean hotel and friendly staff. Great for adults and kids. Great location
-
Great hotel but the parking was very expensive.
-
This is a nice but very expensive hotel. But, the rooms are spacious. My problem was that they only have valet parking and it is ROBBERY!! It is $70/ day for valet plus tips! So, whatever you pay for your room (already expensive), add $100/ day for parking.

We had a great time...First impressions at the front desk leave a little bit to be desired, and upon entering our room, it was smaller than we had anticipated (Premium King). With no other rooms available, the staff upgraded our accommodations to include breakfast each morning which was very nice and the food was fantastic at Tenn. The longer we stayed we felt more and more at home and enjoyed the character of an old and beautiful building. The room was very clean, newly renovated, great bathroom facilities, and a very comfortable bed. Gin and tonic happy hour is a great touch. All in easy walking distance to The Ryman, Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame, restaurants and shops etc. etc. Thank you for a great weekend!

The pool is so small and crowded. No room for anyone.
-
The room was small. Surprisingly small, but it worked. The tv was huge. But no CBS because of a "contact dispute." There were outlets and other connections to charge all our social media audio video products. Love the pictures on the walls of the hallways. 5 minute walk to the Broadway Honkytonk district and much insanity. Kind of like Disneyland on steroids and LSD with lots of whiskey and music. Very unique. Back to the sanity of the hotel. Went to take a swim in the rooftop pool in the afternoon. Too crowded with tattooed men and women drinking and yelling in the pool. I'm beginning to sound my age. Lovely dinner 10 minute walk north up the street. Overall Nashville was a kick and the hotel was pretty good.

Our stay was truly amazing! Came down for our honeymoon and the receptionists treated us like gold! They upgraded our room, provided a late check out, and a bottle of champagne was in our room waiting for us. Daily housekeeping, the rooftop pool was great, and the cafe downstairs was perfect for early morning coffees. Loved our stay and cannot always say that about hotels. This one was wonderful.
-
The hotel is very cool though old. The rooms are small and have limited closet and storage space. The staff were helpful.
-
Located super close to broadway Loved this place! Comfy and cozy
-
The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was amazing. The location is perfect, 2 min walk to Broadway
-
Location was great! The happy hours were such a nice break in the day! Even my mocktails were so delicious! Easy to walk to everything. Love the vintage feel. The room was a bit dark.
-
It was close to Broadway, the staff were fabulous, the rooms are lovely but could do with more storage, there were 3 people in our room and there weren’t enough storage draws for our clothes, best hotel we’ve stayed in Nashville Could do with more storage space in rooms but this isn’t a complaint
-
Great atmosphere! Amazing location. Roof top pool No complaints
-
Location Lobby just a bit dated
-
It’s so cute. The location can’t be beat. The pillows are soft and amazing. And they give out free yummy drinks every day from 4-5!
