Outstanding location facing the Uchisar Castle, a unique spectacle at night. Impeccable service of all the personnel. Needs to improve the quality of the dishes served to make the foid experience perfect.

The view was perfect, perhaps the best-situated hotel in Cappadocia I’m deducting two points from my review for each of these issues: 1. Club music is played in the lounge area from around 7:30am to 11:00. It’s noisy in the room if the windows are open, so you need two close them, a shame because the view is so nice. 2. We requested a private tour. The service the hotel offered was dodgy: both expensive and exploitative, the guide took us to a ceramics showroom where we almost not allowed to leave unless we bought something. The only way we could escape was to say my wife was sick. The hotel is implicitly vouching for a tour company when it selects one for its guests. Via Regia needs to show greater regard for its guests.
