They were nice and accommodated an early check in on arrival for my pregnant wife and I.

Elevators quite slow. Amenities were excellent!

Good price, and clean room. Small room but good enough for the price.

The staff, from the front desk to the bartenders and servers, were all excellent. Love this place!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at ArloSoho! The staff were fun and friendly and handles us bottled water in the heat of Summer anytime we wanted! The room was good and the mattresses were firm. We even requested a yoga mat and it was delivered! The only thing was Expedia said we will have a 20% discount on one time spending, but at the hotel we were told a 15% discount applies.

The hotel hits you with a hidden “urban fee” of $30 per night. They tell you it covers the WiFi. It’s a joke. I hate hidden fees.

Room so so small. Rooms on a cruise ship are larger. Restaurant staff rude. Location is good.

The room was very clean, a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The bathroom has a sliding smoky glass-type door that doesn't really close or offer much privacy. The room is very small so when I went to "my side" of the bed, I had to turn my body sideways to get there. There was a window that could be opened, so as someone who loves fresh air, that was huge. The room was pretty expensive but the neighborhood -at least starting a couple of blocks away, is nice. The TV was nice too. Everything in the room seemed to be new. The room was small and didn't have a coffee machine. It doesn't appear that there was a working fridge in the room but I'm not sure.

Everything was great, and the staff was just so laid back and friendly, really surpassed my expectations as I booked it randomly. Very good, highly recommended, and def will stay here again. It's not super luxurious, but as soon as I walked in I knew I love it, it just feels good, almost like a more domestic condo energy in the lobby with benefits. Just the right balance of hotel, and homey vibe. I honestly liked it a lot, the tech in the room could be more clear though, like the curtain button are visible during the day, but at night you have to turn on the lights to adjust, and it would be nicer if they were say color coded where each function had a color so you can see it in the dark, or white butons with dark text for the same reason. The colors of the buttons could tie in with colors in the room so that it was more visible and hip, where as right now it's all black and when it's even half way dark you can't see any buttons at all. You have to get up and turn on the light so you see the buttons, then walk to alter the light by the bed, then go back the turn of the light, and then go back to the bed AGAIN. Small thing but so easy to fix. Put a full set of room light switches by the door and by the bed done, all is perfect, I still give it a 10 though :), and to their defense, there are light switches, just not the full set unless i missed it. Overall, excellent, I'd book there again easily.

Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. The first day a women came to my room at almost 5pm to service it, I was just back from a long day and want to relax, so I grabbed a couple of fresh towel and called it a day, I didnt bother with the room service after that. The thing that did it for me was the awful air conditioner/heater/thermostat. You could set it to whatever you wanted and it only worked one way, nothing was on and it was beginning to get warm and then suddenly it would click and boom on and blow full blast freezing air at the bed, then turn itself off and repeat… all night. When I mentioned it to a women at reception she said she sure would let maintenance know, but it sounded like lip service and that she had certinally heard that before. I wont book there again.
