citizenM New York Times Square

Excellent location off Times Square. Convenient to Broadway theaters. Trendy boutique style hotel with friendly staff.

The rooms are small, however it was very clean and the staff, especially Grace at the front desk, was very helpful during our stay. Lord, was the bartender that helped us on two different occasions and was very friendly and accommodating. The only con that I have was The view from our room. However, I suspect a lot of rooms have that same view of the city, which was mostly buildings and tops of buildings. We had left an item in our room after checkout and the staff was very helpful in having that item returned to us by mail. Would suggest the room and hotel to our friends for the location especially.

I have stay a few times at this hotel. It is the location and roof bar that bring me back. The bed was okay, it use to be great. The staff is okay, some friendly and helpful others are not. If you are a first time traveler to NYC this hotel will be great.

Modern, bright and in a fantastic location Nothing

Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to Times Square, Central Park, subways, restaurants, Broadway…overall great place to stay.

Amazing vibe, amazing bed, amazing breakfast, amazing views, amazing staff. An exceptional stay Subtitles were on the tv which was a bit annoying and my blackout blinds were slightly broken but only minor

Very good place, excellent location, good use of small space, friendly staff, lots of amenities. My only complaint was bathroom smelled of mold. Otherwise, had a good stay.

One of the wonderful things about a CitizenM is their amazing lobby! It's designed to be inviting, a place to congregate or a nice place to come take a load off after a long day. The living room style set up has books, work centers and a really nice bar where you can enjoy a nice tall drink. I book a CitizenM as often as I can. Check in is easy, you can do it all yourself but someone is always there in case you need help. The rooms are tiny, but you can get an ADA room that is bigger for those of us that are either too tall for a standard room or actually have a disability. I didn't try to the food, but people were ordering food at the bar and seemed to enjoy it. The Time Square location is excellent and near Train systems. I'll be back!

Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. There is a welcoming and warm feeling as soon as you walk in from the street, and that carries through to the restaurant, cafe, bar and rooms. The level of detail is high, with a cosy living room vibe in the main lobby, a functional gym space and a rooftop bar. Rooms are very functional and comfortable. Will come back.

I had a great stay at this hotel in New York. The hotel was very clean, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side, but my room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well during my stay. The view from the room was amazing, and the rooftop bar offered great drinks and a nice atmosphere. I would also recommend this hotel for solo travelers, as I felt very safe and welcomed. The location is perfect, right in Times Square. Many of New York’s most popular attractions can easily be reached on foot. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and service was great. We will definitely book our stay here again.
