Staff working front desk super rude black girl. She super mega rude !!

Rooms were tiny. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Ours had blood stains: then the charge extra as a room credit but you pay it whether we used it or not. Then one elevator wasn’t working. Not to mention all the noise repair men made when I was trying to sleep. I definitely wouldn’t recommend

Good location. The shower needs an actual door and could use a different shower head. Other than that is was a great stay.

No real amenities. The hotel was so small but it was fairly clean. Not my favorite of the Hilton brand.

Fridge didn’t work. The lobby and halls smelled horrible! One elevator working.

Overall, I thought the property was in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable, and it was a good size by New York standards. The elevator was being worked on, so it took a bit to get to and from my floor.

Conveniently located to times square and almost anything else you might want

Room: our room was great. Had a fridge. One thing I did not like was the shower. There is no barrier so the water is just there in the bathroom. Bring slipper or flip flops. Amenities/restaurant: wish there was an ice bucket machine. We ordered food from the restaurant/bar and it was good! It was nice not having to search for food outside of the hotel.

All staff were helpful and very friendly. I wish the elevator repair were completed, but nothing to be done about that.

This is a no-fuss hotel. check-in is quick, staff is well informed. From the resort fee, the hotel provides you approx.$29 Buck for beverages etc. It's a win win situation. Rooms are clean and good sized compared to other midtown hotels.

Location. Value for dollars. Comfortable bed. My room shower door could be opened passed certain point making it hard to get in and out.

Extremely overpriced. The room is worn out and staled. Only one elevator servicing 20+ floors, the wait time is very long. The bed is very uncomfortable and the AC is very noisy. Plus the hotel charges $29 a night extra fee mandatory.

Stayed at previous hotels in area not as nice.
