Breakfast was good. Treadmills in workout room didn't work well. No cold water in bathroom for a time so couldn't take a shower.

Very good stay. Has a full size fridge. Toaster coffee maker stove top with pots bowls seven paper towel. Nice design and a decent bed and good view.

I was very happy to stay here. A spacious room with kitchenette, happy hour, hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent all around, from location, to a very comfortable bed, clean and large room by NYC standards. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Great value. Will definitely be back.

Convenient location, good customer service.

It’s a nice hotel that is near the Bus terminal. Breakfast was good, (especially with the fruits and the muffins that tasted well.) And the location was everything you wanted especially for a traveler: The bus terminal, penn station, Times Square and Herald Square in which all the nice amenities and stores that they are nearby. Just wished that they were very informative on what’s going on the rooftop with the renovation of it and bit more additions to make yourself comfortable in the hotel. But overall, it’s a nice hotel.

One of the front desk workers was really rude and unhelpful. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’m ever staying at that hotel again because of that.

The hotel is clean and in good condition, and the kitchen staff serving breakfast were friendly; however, the receptionist was rude when I checked in—their service was not the best.

The property doesn't look anything like the pictures. So many things were broken in my room (kitchen sink, towel rod in the bathroom, etc.). I don't think it was worth the money for our stay. We hated the room so much that we only went inside when it was time to sleep. I would never stay here again.

We checked into the room and it felt hot, but cranked the A/C and went into the city. When we came back that night the room was 77 degrees and the a/c was making a loud noise. We then noticed the tv would only run streaming services and the cable was out. The phone in the room also didn’t work as well as the room had no cold water only scalding hot water so couldn’t shower. We told the front desk and they said pack up your room and we will come up on ten minute and give you keys to a new room. We waited 35 minutes and called back down and they told us they gave that room away and told us to speak to the manager the next morning. We slept in a hot room on the hottest night of the summer so far with no cold water shower and cool down. We spoke to the manager Dayanara the next morning and she did switch our room and upgraded us. She did everything she could to make it better, which we appreciate, but feel charging us for that whole night was not right. We booked through Expedia so I know she was limited and did try, but it still didn’t erase what had already happened.

Amazing breakfast buffet included with stay, fresh fruit, yogurt bar, scrambled eggs, dollar waffles with syrup choices, breads, coffee, fruit juiceHotel looks freshly remodeled. Room was very clean and comfortable. Downsides, light switches were a little clumsy because they're used to time length light stays on, especially bathroom vanity, had to turn on switch on wall and then turn on vanity touch switch, tv cable system being worked on. Overall would stay again!

Staff and location was amazing and super helpful after a super long travel day. I want to give thanks to the team especially James from the desk area and Manager Ed who were very welcoming and helpful after having some reservation complications. I loved that they offer delicious made breakfast, luggage holding on day of check out to not have the suit case hassle and they look out for you during your stay which makes you feel safe in an area youre not familiar with and also require a room key to open the hotel entry during late hours which is also a major plus for safety. Rooms were very comfy and clean. I dont have anything i did not like about the property during this stay

The man at the front desk wasn’t nice, almost rude. He could have been more helpful. I just don’t like how he dealt with an issue I faced.

The fridge, the kitchenett, the appliances and the supplies. The matterest, needs to be more comfortable.
