La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Queens NYC/JFK AirTrain

It was great neighborhood not so much though

Toilet didn’t flush well due to the low water pressure. Bathroom shower Had No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel filled. Had to shower after a long flight with No soap as that’s when I realized the bottles were empty in the shower. Refrigerator was filled with used food from prior guests and never cleaned. Front desk staff were extremely rude, disrespectful and none welcoming They had zero customer service qualities. I had stayed at many La Quinta hotels throughout the United States this was the most awful experience I have ever experienced. Stay June 19th through the 21st

It was alright. Way over priced in my opinion. The hall way was dirty, but the room was clean. The curtains on the windows didnt block the light as well as I would have liked due to them being too long and were hard to close. Breakfast was okay. Very basic. Zero parking however which sucked.

Great location,clean room

Didn’t even get to check in. No parking around that could accommodate my Yukon. I called a was told parking around the corner. We drove around for an hour and an half until we found another hotel.

Excelente localización a 2 minutos del LIRR que conecta con Time Square y hasta con el aeropuerto. Fue muy conveniente y el precio muy asequible. El desayuno fue atendido por Excelente personal, amable y serviciales. La habitación muy cómoda. Repetiría la estancia nuevamente. Gracias!

Very good option to stay in nyc

This hotel is like a jewel in the run down scruffy area of Jamaica. Only 4 minutes walk from the Air Train it's a no brainer for catching an early flight. No restaurant but they have packaged meals available to microwave in the lobby. Room was spotless, comfortable and with awsome air con. I'll definitely continue to use the La Quinta

Great property, but in a kind of sketchy neighborhood, always smelled like pot outside the hotel. Fast connection to trains to airport, unfortunately, costs $8.75 per person each way. An Uber might have been cheaper

The hotel breakfast was OK, but it was much better just to go outside of the hotel and get something nearby. The rooms are really clean and they look like they’ve been renovated, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again as it was fairly reasonable near the airport and easy to get to.

The hotel itself is great and extremely convenient to JFK airport. Staff was very helpful. Area around the transportation center and hotel is pretty dirty, lots of construction going on, lots of litter and trash all over. NYC/Querns needs to clean this area up.

Brand new hotel look and maintain, breakfast is very good, parking they tied up with nearest parking folks ok.Overall I loved it.
