Leon Hotel LES

Rooms are cozy and clean, bed was comfortable Nothing - if you get a room on a top floor with the view it’s literally perfect

Cleanliness and location to places I needed to get to

Free water bottles, nice shades, nice bathroom, extra pillows easy to request, and nice staff. No conditioner, toilet seat and toilet paper holder were loose, a/c broke at one point but could be easily fixed by resetting it on the box, elevator broke on checkout.

I loved the locations and the people at the front desk were very helpful

Location was great and actually quiet for the city. Super walkable and easy access to train. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was VERY small, which was ok because I was alone. If I had another person it would have been uncomfortable.

Everything was good. Only downside was there was no mini fridge in the room.

The location was great. We could explore lower Manhattan. It was a bit older facility but it was clean and still nice.

The first room was dirty. Hand prints and dirt on the walls, the headboards had a greasy dark spot where everyone’s head touched it. The shower leaked all over the bathroom ever time we took a shower. We had to build a dam with towels so it didn’t go into the bedroom area. Although our stay was 4 nights, we each got one bottle of water when we checked in and none after that. There is nowhere safe to leave your luggage and they charge $50 for early check in or late check out. The only good things were the view of the Manhattan Bridge and the convenience of being right in Chinatown. So outrageously overpriced though. Never again.

Very clean, front desk staff was absolutely fantastic. Location was near grand or canal subway entrances, walking distance to basically anything downtown. Excellent value for families.

However, slightly disappointed with the maintenance of the property. The bathroom sink was clogged and whole room felt dusty. I felt very itchy while living at the property.

We stayed at Hotel Leon...

A small room, but adequate. Walkable to Little Italy, SoHo, Brooklyn, Financial District. Grand Ave. Subway station a 5 minute walk. Very small lobby and only one elevator.
