Buen lugar y ubicación

La verdad de los mejores servicios de la ciudad. Talvez el desayuno podria ser un poco mas variado pero tenía lo básico. Cuartos limpios y amplios. No se escucha nada de ruido de la ciudad en la noche. Super recomendado

Exceptional location in Times Square, very close to all of New York's major landmarks. The room is larger than most Times Square hotels and very comfortable. The housekeeping response is slow and needs improvement.

The location Everything was sufficient

Excellent location It was booked a a family room as there is what appears to be a sofa bed but it not and it's very hard and uncomfortable. The staff were very helpful and offered extra comfortters so my daughter could sleep. It's really only for couples and should be advertised as a family room

The room was clean and tidy. The location was great and the staff was very friendly. I booked a room for three adults. In the description it said king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed is not a sofa bed, it is just a sofa. When we got to the reception, he said it was very uncomfortable and it was, really hard. We got sheets and a comforter but it was like sleeping on the floor. We asked for another comforter twice (to make it softer) and they never brought it. We also expected more for breakfast. It was good, but not a lot of options, mainly carbs. We missed having some protein options.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable except for an unsealed partition between my room and the adjacent one (see below). The elevators were not working when I checked in so had to walk through the back area that was still acting as a workshop for just completed renovations. The elevators went out another day also. I was woken up three out of four nights around 3 am by a voice that sounded like it was in my room. After the third time it occurred I found that the partition abutting the wall between room 1820 (my room) and 1822 was not sealed, and when the guest in 1822 would have phone conversations in the middle of the night the sound carried clearly into my room. I complained, and the manager took the destination charge off my room but was unable to get the engineering dept to come to the room and provide at least a temporary fix. I had suggested putting a bead of silicone to close the space and help with the sound proofing. The other thing I felt was missing was a restaurant. The hotel is connected to the Millennium Times Square hotel, but their restaurant was closed so I went for some early morning walks to get breakfast. I just wasn’t interested in the pastries available in the lounge.
