Moxy NYC Times Square

We liked it. I was a bit shocked at all small the room was, but I know that's part of the Moxy "Charm." But yeah, the room was bare bones and small. It ended up not bothering me. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There are expensive bottles of water in the room. DON'T open them. Instead, go to the front county and they will give you free water.

The Moxy was perfect for the solo traveler!

Room were clean my shower door handle was loose and made noise when I closed it but staff was very helpful and kind including the lobby welcoming staff. I recommend moxy as a couple or even single because the moxy bar and legasea is always entertaining. I will definitely be going back. The only thing they are missing is a pool.

The Moxy Times Square is a great place to stay for a quick trip. The rooms are small but have everything you need to feel comfortable.

I find it very unsettling that a Marriott property would act like this.

The staff is really nice and everything is always clean. This is our second home for us!

Hotel has fun vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing roof terrace bar with excellent view. Room was small but that’s standard for New York. Only gripe air-conditioning unit was next to the bed and very noisy, it was very hot outside so put up with the noise. Would stay again..

Lovely hotel in great location. No complaints about cleanliness but not above and beyond. Rooms are very small and had trouble with AC so the room felt very muggy. Great for price and vibes were good. Staff was more than accommodating!

We only stayed for one night but the hotel was great! The room was bigger than we anticipated and super clean. The hotel was in a great location and a quick walk from Times Square and the subway. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, smart rooms Rooftop bar staff where rude when using for the first time, rooms where small had to climb over my partner to get to the bathroom during the night. Jumped in price due to the World Cup, didn’t have time for us tourists due to the knicks playing on the Saturday which is a shame won’t be back next year will pick something else

I got upgraded, which I appreciated. The room had a nice view of seven Avenue and 36th St. All of the staff are really friendly. They charged a daily $40 resort fee. The hotel has an arrangement with the café next-door. You get a $20 credit which can be used at the café Next Door are on the second floor with their caféThe food in the next door café, especially the avocado toast with absolutely amazing. The gym was decent. I was able to get a good workout in. The hotel is very clean. I felt safe. The room is very comfortable. I like the humor of the swimming pool idea in the shower. On the floor said no diving and tiles said 2 1/2 feet deep. The pillow felt like I was sleeping on air and the air-conditioning worked very well. The WiFi was very fast. They offered candy and water in the lobby which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back to this hotel!!

Great location, extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Really good vibe about the hotel very cool, serious recommend it.
