Quality Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd

The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof as listed. The hotel is rather shabby and old but definitely clean enough that if this fits your budget, it’ll work as a place to crash before an early flight out of JFK. I might spend another $50 next time to stay somewhere where I don’t hear every door slam.

It was horrible. I wanted my refund back. The TV did not work. It was horrible. I want a refund.

The selection for the breakfast was poor. Would definitely never stay there again…ever. For the price they are charging per night and what you get is diabolical.

The front desk attendant was not very helpful or customer service oriented. The room was clean but the cable kept going out.

I wasn’t there long, checked in late and checked out early the next day, basically just needed a place to stay to lay my head for a few hours before my next flight so overall it was satisfactory for this purpose. Airport shuttle was a nice feature. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Was in a room that was on the main street. The windows were thin so noise was an issue/hard to fall asleep. For this reason likely would not stay here again.

It was noisy from street traffic and noise in the hallways. The room was small but clean. The staff was accommodating.

If you need a quick convineant place close to the airport for one night we'll then close your eyes and suck it up but in saying that it wasn't cheap for the stay!

The TV signal did not seem to work. We would like to watch a World Soccer game and could not.

Stay clear of this place dirty, poor condition. No where worth the cost.

There was duct tape on the blinds, and mold on the shower stall. The staff was curt with their interactions with patrons.

The breakfast was excellent. It includes apples and boiled eggs. An employer was there to refill juice, forks, apples, and keep tables clean. Thanks.

This was our second day at the hotel. Appreciate that they have a 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is not glamorous, provides a good night sleep.

It’s wasn’t what I expected

Got there an hour after booking because me and my younger sister missed a fight due to a delayed incoming flight and needed somewhere to sleep since it was now 1am. They told us we couldnt have the room till 3pm which wasn't going to matter then we would be at the airport so I asked to cancel and get a refund since ited been maybe an hour since I payed and booked and I was told I could. Only to be told the complete opposite in the morning. I was trying to cancel right then and there but I was told I had to go through hotels.com which I did, but nobody would answer for them. So in the morning when I tried again and even I called they said no refunds, and essentially told me to kick rock, so I truly wish the worst for this establishment. It is located in a total dump, bugs were in the lobby so imagine what's in the rooms. The owners are greedy and unreasonable.

The shuttle driver who worked in the morning was extremely helpful and even though the shuttle was running every thirty minutes he made sure he came back to pick up the seven oclock passenger since the shuttle only held 11 passengers at a time and there were 16 passengers traveling to the airport.

We didn't have a shower curtain. Otherwise, the room was fine.
