All staff members were exceptionally nice and helpful. They were quick to apologize for issues. The first morning we woke up to a 77 deg room because the AC was broken. They said normally they check that before we check in but "forgot" in this case. The second morning there was loud banging for 40 minutes starting at 7 am as they worked on a repair in a nearby room. Both days we really wanted to sleep in and relax but were unable to do so. I also informed the property that this was my engagement weekend with the hopes they would do something special, even a simple "congratulations" upon check in but nothing happened.

Exceptional

Wonderful stay at The Beekman and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back.

Such an incredible property. Breakfast was so so, used to be a lot better when they opened.

Exceptional

Really my only improvement would be the food during breakfast, the option are really limited and the taste was not great.
-
It’s centrally located, great service and restaurants. Rooms are comfortable and the gym is great. Complementary coffee in the mornings. Everything was great. It would be great to have a kettle or a coffee maker in the rooms though..

Superb

The room was incredibly clean and the staff was very kind No coffee machine or kettle in the room which forced us to order room service to have some tea before bed. Also no amenities in the bathroom which was shocking for a 5 star hotel since most provide you with almost all the toiletries you need during your stay.
