There was mold on my bathroom ceiling (I’m allergic), felt like surface level clean. Dust everywhere, toilet paper holder was nearly falling off the wall, scuffs all over the walls, hair in the sink and on the toilet when I arrived.

The accessibility was great. I’m 36 and I have never seen a push button INSIDE of the room. As a wheelchair user, my only suggestion would be to consider adding an additional push button(s) to enter and exit the room.

Thank you to the entire staff that worked the evening of June 17th to 18th. We had an amazing time .

Beautiful view, walking distance from many places

No coffee in the room so bring a coffee pot. We felt the bed was too soft and we didn't like the soft pillows.

The rooms themselves, as well as the overall area, are absolutely amazing. The only slightly frustrating aspect is the lift situation; however, this is certainly understandable considering the building has so many floors.

The room was surface clean ... But the corners of the bathroom and the bed cover was dirty... The bar was shut down on the main level for the hotel there was a bar 2 floors down but was very expensive

I’ve stayed here before and it was nice. This time was not good. Stained and scratched well. The room was dirty,mold in the bathroom, one tiny bottle of 2:1, no body wash or lotion. Def a spartan hotel experience and in dire need of renovation.

Clean, comfortable room. The view of the World Trade Center alone was made the stay worthwhile. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints

As soon as i got to check in the employee didnt know where the parking garage was to validate my parking. The guy that worked in the lobby was yelling at this young adults very rudely in the lobby as soon as i entered. As soon as i got to my room 704 i noticed how the bathroom seat was yellow, and the door handle was off the hinges. It kinda smelled in the room. The tv had no volume. The day of check out, i tried to find an iron and in my room there wasnt any. I called lobby for late check out they said yes. Around 11, the maintenance lady knocked once before i could answer, walked in as i was in the shower. Once i checked out, i went to use atm, and lady in the front was harassing this man, yelling at him, assuming he was trying to steal bags, as he told them that those bags were his friends bag. Then when the customer was right. They didnt even apologize. I dont know if I would stay in the same hotel. which sucks cause I loved the area.

However the property itself is really run down and dirty. The room had marks all over the walls, the cabinets were covered in dings and marks, to door cases were chipped. Overall the hotel felt like a Motel 6 once you got into the room. For example there was a random ice bucket on a shelf, but no liner, cups, etc. The bathroom drawer was sticky and hard to open. Needs a refresh.

Modern, clean hotel with outstanding views of One World Trade Center, the 9/11 Memorial Pools and Museum.

The staff was amazing and absolutely helpful. The view of my room was absolutely stunning but the room cleanliness could have been better and between day 2 to the last day of my stay only one elevator was working.

This hotel has gone downhill. Only one of three elevators working. Staff not helpful on early checkin.

Outstanding stay from start to finish! We were fortunate to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the views were absolutely incredible from the corner room. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the Financial District, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the bathroom was equally large and beautifully maintained. The service, accommodations, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. This is easily one of the best places to stay in the area, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
