I loved when I walked in it smelled so clean starting in the lobby!! It carried to the room that was spotless!! I’ve stayed here several times and it never disappoints!! I would stay again!!

From the decorations and organization to the overall atmosphere, everything came together beautifully. We hit a snag with a leak in the second room, Thank you for improvising and coming up with solutions quick! My mother felt incredibly honored and appreciated, and that means more to us than words can express. The reason for a poor review is that I was assigned a handicap room. I checked in late and was too tired to return to the front desk with my luggage to request another room. Because the shower, closet, and room design were designed for the handicapped, they were inconvenient. The restaurant staff was super helpful and polite. The small detail was important because I attended a conference where my attire mattered. The low-hanging clothes bar did not work for my normal or formal wear. Hilton staff, please do not assign a handicap room unless one is requested.

Nice hotel with a convenient shuttle and nice restaurant that serves a good breakfast and has excellent dinner options too. Excellent and friendly service including at the restaurant with Alejandro who was very attentive to our preferences and the helpful shuttle driver Slavko.
