It was a very busy morning, lots of children helping themselves and staff had a hard time keeping up with the mess. If only parents would supervise their children better. See above

Not so good on cleaning, when doing the floor cleaning always clean in corners and sides of floors, not just the middle of floors. In my room the top of the refrigerator was disgusting dirty, the carpet in room needs cleaning or changed out

The room was very nice and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed. The fire pits and lounge areas made for an extra nice stay.

I stayed here 4 nights. GREAT breakfast. The protein changed each day and on our last day they had BACON. They had waffles each day and either biscuits or rolls to make breakfast sandwiches. Bananas, apples and oranges were usually a available as well as boiled eggs. If you have a 3 or more people in your group, a nice breakfast like this included can be a real cost savings. Rooms were spacious. We had 3 beds and comfortably slept 3 adults and one child. The rooms had a microwave, dish washer, sink but no cook top, no pots no pans. Josh the manager was AWESOME and helped us get settled in quickly and with no fuss when we arrived. Also helped quickly sort an issue with the room key which may very well have been user error but he stayed polite and professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend and stay here again when visiting my family in Norfolk.

Located near our venue Room was not clean, there were stains on the linens/mattress and old food and other visible debris on the floors.
