Check out was noon. House keeping was knocking on doors asking if people were ready to check out. We went down to breakfast. False advertising at its best, we knew it wasn’t free, but pictures of nice looking dishes were advertised. The person working didn’t know anything about the entrees and couldn’t find cream cheese. Said no ever orders the flat bread. We don’t plan to stay again.

Building seemed somewhat out of date. My pillows were very limp. Elevators certificate expired in Jan 2026. Pool was not open/closed down due to some issue in the pool. Toilet seemed to be somewhat loose at the base and jerked when you got up. Not impressed.

This place was terrible and an awful shape. The garbage was overflowing outside as we arrived. The pool was not full, and there was a crack in the window of the pool center upon our second day our floor smelled like sewage there was some sort of problem going on in the hotel. The staff was kind, but the place was a wreck. Will not stay there again.

The front desk staff were super helpful!

They were all so nice/

I was put on a first floor room that had a sliding glass door to the parking lot... I did not feel safe. I should have just asked for a different room, but was uncomfortable doing that as well.

The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.

Close to ISU campus. The room I booked and paid for did not have a sleeper sofa as advertised. The vanity was super tiny made for 1 person. The room was setup for handicapped person which I’m not handicapped nor is my spouse.

Worth the price

parking was secure.

We stayed because of indoor pool, pool was closed, should get some money back for false info. Disappointed.

It was old in the rooms and Ned’s updating. The tv didn’t work with the remote and CC was not working as a person with hearing impairment this was bothersome

Our stay was excellent. The shower head could use a replacement and hair removal from the bathroom. Great otherwise.

Room was in good condition. Staff was courteous. Stayed in an accessible room. Bathroom setup was fine. Bed could have been lower to floor for transferring from wheelchair to bed. Never was able to connect to internet through XBOX game system.

The hotel room we had was very run down. The main light didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, there was a horrid smell on our floor, and the room air conditioner was stuck on 64 degrees.

Stay anywhere else but here. This hotel has no natural light, coffee was terrible and the rooms are very outdated. Shower floor was so old and cracked that I had to stand on a towel while I showered.

The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. Kind of disappointed The hot tub didn't work. This seems to be a thing lately. The shower was really nice Not used to seeing glass doors. Maid service Didn't do anything the second day so had to go to the desk to get more coffee. Not a big deal, but if they know you're staying more than one night they should at least refill the basic necessities. Like coffee and toilet paper and take the trash out.

I stayed for two nights and no housekeeping was done. Saw two employees still there after 6pm taking out the garbage while fire alarm was going off. Apparently bartender overcooked a pizza.
