very pleasant place to stay

The place is okay till you get up to the room and you sit there and see plugs climb all over the walls and the room is supposed to use.I couldn't get in the core get in.Try three times and had different rooms , but filthy

Everything was good had some issues but got worked out. My TV did not work had to go out to watch the game .

Our original room was infested with cockroaches. We asked to be moved to a different room., but 5 over 2 days is better than 35 in 40 minutes. The 2nd room was better, however the room above us was noisy all night, stomping and moving furniture across the floor between 1-4 in the morning. Maybe they had a roach problem. Needless to say, no one slept well in our room over 2 days. I would not recommend and will not return.

My room appeared to be clean however there were bedbugs and I have multiple bedbug bites. The man that was working at the reception counter was rude and not helpful. I was in room 107. Saturday, May 23 check out Sunday, May 24

Didn't check in as front desk said place is infested with rodents and roaches

the room was clean but i saw a few dead bugs on the floor. the AC kept the room very cool. the staff is very friendly and it was a pleasant stay.

The property appeared satisfactory/ my RSVP through Expedia FAILED TO HAVE A ROOM BOOKED FOR ME/ I had to spend 1+ hour with a rep from Expedia to find a new one

Nothing really to like.. Was not clean, smelled horrible, bed sheets not clean (had to request new sheets) and the bed needed to be replaced, floor sticky

If it had not been absolutely impossible to likely get a refund and find somewhere else to stay, I would have left as soon as I made it beyond the lobby after checking in. The entire place smelled awful like cigarettes and marijuana. In our room there were dead roaches on the floor, in the dresser and in corners. There were other bugs in the shower. The floor appeared as if it had not been swept, vacuumed, mopped in weeks. The furniture was peeling, the walls were marked up and stained. There were bugs in the cabinets of the kitchenette. I found more smaller bugs on the bed covers. Had there not been bed bug preventive coverings on the mattresses I may have just slept in my truck. And to add insult to injury, I was charged a $100 deposit in case I damaged the room. This entire facility needs to be stripped down to the walls and completely refurbished and then kept clean going forward.
