Breakfast gentleman was so nice, friendly and accommodating. He didn't appear to be bother by showing us how the pancake machine worked. Ensuring everyone has enough before he pulled the food. The afternoon front desk young lady was nice as well Saturday morning the front desk young lady kind of ignored me but was attentive to other guest

Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the hotel in great shape. It was also quiet at night, so we were able to relax and sleep comfortably. Breakfast was good, especially for the price we paid. There were enough options to start the day off right, and the breakfast area was clean and organized. Overall, Tru by Hilton gave us great value. Clean rooms, friendly people, good breakfast, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, affordable hotel.

Staff were very polite, helpful and professional. We were welcomed on each return for our day and each departure for the day. Very quiet and professional environment in lobby as well as hallways and rooms. Best hotel I’ve stayed in like this in the past 3 years! Will definitely stay again!

I had a problem with my refrigerator and the GM made sure it was fixed very quickly! She was very personable and accessible!

Everything was great and Jordan at the Front Desk went above and beyond to help out and make sure things were well. Also, the Hispanic gentleman that puts out breakfast was excellent as well. Great Staff.

Very clean. Staff was amazing! We arrived later than we wanted too and we were very tired. Taylor was super friendly and got us checked in the quickest I have ever been checked in at a hotel. That was super impressive and we appreciated it!

Arrived for NASCAR weekend. Receptionist were incredibly kind and helpful. Great first impressions and very welcoming.. Will be staying here again for the next one.

Our only complaint was that the mini frig didn't work and maintenance doesn't work on the weekends.
