Very clean, had a large bathroom, nice staff

Hotel was great. Only comment: tub was very slipery. It should have stips to keep one from slipping around and preventing a fall. We were in a room that had a disability bathroom.

The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and used to ticks if you are not you may want to be prepared of the possibility 🙃 over all it was a good choice

The room was great, clean and comfortable! Staff were very nice and helpful. We wished the breakfast was a bit more traditional, such as scrambled eggs, pancakes or waffles.

Our fridge in our room was filled with nasty old food and drinks from previous stay. Not much room to throw trash away.

Stayed here for a weekend and not once did housekeeping come and straighten up or replace towels. There was vomit in the elevator and the next day the chunks were picked up but the carpet still had the liquid on it that had absorbed into the floor which was carpet, so they didn’t actually clean or disinfect it. Also the lady who checked us in was extremely rude and short.

Great stay and the gym/pool/spa was clean!

Breakfast was legit!

The staff greeted me at check in and check out without hesitation. Love the personalized greeting on the television. The Queen mattress are pretty firm. They could be a little more comfortable.

You might consider a grab bar in the bathrooms as your toilets are very low.

Ladies up front were super friendly! We had a great time together thanks to y'all!

Easy on off from interstate, food near y, terrific value, clean and comfy with a nice pool.
