This was a over night staycation but location was perfect and connected restaurant was great.
-
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were so nice and polite. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well.
-
Milk was spoiled. Not enough towels. No bottle opener at the front desk.
-
Absolutely what i expected, excellent service

The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff was very nice and helpful with questions we had. Overall our experience was 5 star. The fact that the hotel is literally across the street from the Toyota Arena is a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

My Fault cut my head shaven my head ok. I Call from desk to ask if they had a firstaid kit to get a bandage and they did have a firstaid kit but no bandage. They should have a bigger supply just in case

Good Service

This is a great venue to stay, specially if coming to the Ontario Toyota Arena. Very accessible to many areas.
-
Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good, only “negative” during my stay was parking. It was sometimes difficult because of the Toyota Arena due to the graduations I’m assuming.

Great breakfast

Stay was great!
-
Good location The breakfast was awful. The eggs potatoes and sausage were dried up and tasted awful. Not enough selection. My family couldn’t eat it.
-
Loved the hotel and my room. I just wish it had a jacuzzi hot tub. Overall great stay and I would stay again.
-
Loved our stay. Clean, well stocked, great breakfast options. Will be staying again next time in town
-
Did not get to enjoy the free breakfast as I used the kitchenette in my room to make myself breakfast.

2 days I was there was no hot water. Had to take cold showers. The “bed” in the pull out couch is a joke. Dirty and stained with no blankets, sheets, or pillows. I had to ask to be switched to another room because it was even fit for goodwill.
-
The room was nice. The thing I disliked very much was the parking. There were events going on almost everyday and the parking was horrible. My mother is handicap and I had to wheel her about a block to get to the door.

Rooms very clean. Kitchenette very convenient. Perfect location, close to stores, gas stations, and freeways.
