Clean room and nice property but when I arrived the water was out (no water for shower toilet sink) for at least 30 minutes and TV service was out. At the front desk check in they told me about the TV but forgot to tell me about the water so when I got to my room I got undress to take a shower and found out the hard way there was no water! I called downstairs and found out then about the plumbing issue. 😢

Love the hotel. Clean, location. The check in guy didn’t tell me how to access the club lounge that I paid for so I missed using it a few days. I found this gentleman to be not so helpful. He was the only one that was that way everyone else was amazing. Perhaps he had a bad day. He also said he was an atheist which I felt was unprofessional.

Pool area looked like it’s under construction but inside the hotel looked nice and the rooms were nice too . Easy check in and easy check out .

The staff were absolutely amazing. Michael was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay go very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff, bar and restaurant. Club room service. Pool closed for a short period. Bad area. Run down appliance, elevator sketchy.

Pillows are too fines , bed is ok , no shutter for us and no coffe at until 6:30 needed to go early to the airport, other than that is good

Came in at 4 to check in, the lady at the front desk told us that it STILL wasn't ready, and to come back in 30 minutes. So I leave to go grab some groceries, and not even a full 10 minutes later, she calls me and my room is ready. She also did not know what she was doing, and attempted to say that we had to pay the full amount AGAIN at the desk. Furthermore, our room didn't even have body wash. When I told the front desk, they said that they were all out of body wash. The only semi-decent thing about my stay was that the other guy working the front desk during my check-in was the only competent one.
