Staff wrte very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and food nearby Cons: rooms were not the cleanest several dead bugs on the walls , at least two dead flies on top the lamp shade and rust on the lampshade as well. Bathroom ceiling mysterious gray spotting afraid it might be mold but unsure. Random spray marks on walls and TV. Door peephole broken toilet paper put in its place. As a woman I would have liked to have known that before doesn't feel safe considering someone can look into my room. For a non smoking hotel there were plenty of times I smelled smoke in the middle of the night. Smoking only areas not inforced neighbor was smoking right in front of the door so the smell bothered us then as well. The bed was uncomfortable my partner and I had aches after the fact , the pillows were very thin as well. Fitted sheet came up and I saw splatters on the mattress. Blanket did not cover entire bed which was odd. The AC was inconsistent and very loud. Bathroom was fine , shower curtain served no purpose very thin and water still pooled outside of tub and onto toilet seat as well. Kind of difficult to avoid wet carpet in the situatuon. Entire room on the final night had a bit of public bathroom smell possibly filtered in from vents. In short: if you need a cheap place to stay, wouldnt choose here. But if you have no choice ,its a room. The reception staff are the best part of this location.

Horrible experience. First, key cards died before I can even get to the room. Then daughter got locked in bathroom. Slider door was broken. Front desk knew about it but still didn’t offer to fix. So door had to be left open when using the bathroom. No other rooms available. We accidentally spilled a drink on the bed and had to change our own bedding. Also reserved room for 4 guests and only had 2 towels. Lastly no hair dryer in room. Again went to the front desk for the 5th time and had no available hair dryers. Ice machine broken. While in lobby witnessed another guest have a difficult time getting to his 3rd floor room. Elevator would not work for him and he kept coming back to front desk for assistance. Will never stay here again. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I like that it was conveniently located to my conference center. It was also on the rhino route, which made it, especially helpful for getting to places since I had flown in.

Customer service and pool. Not clean enough, bedding wrinkle pillow cases, awkward bed, outdated, appearance carpet dark place, elevator key placement, smell like mold/mildew, room spells, door to bathroom hard to close, room needs paint, stain on chair Room 307. It looks better on outside.

Staff was super friendly while checking in. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was great. Couldn’t beat it for the price

Decent place but if you’re on the side where the interstate runs you will not get great sleep because of traffic noise

I utilized your room for plus 12 Days. I booked with 3rd Party Expedia. Company pays for rent could stay at higher cost places. Your people were great individuals working and handling the property daily. 5 Starts for people. On check out day did not see my points on Billing. Desk said its because you used 3rd party. Best Western policy so My next 15 day stay starts Monday down the street with you competitor, similar rates, good people I get my points. I am the customer you want. You only service my room once every 5-7 days, trade my towels at desk as needed. Don't even utilize the Breakfast Service in AM daily. Very good but I try to watch my diet and coffee intake. Booked my next 15 days starting Monday could have easily been here. I will book 180 Days within 2 miles of here over this year alone. LaQuinta, Comfort Inn and others. You need to look at your opportunities and customers. Even adjust your Loyalty program because it cost you here. I booked with Expedia just helping my own company control costs. Jim O

Property is in a commercial park, kind of towards the back. Very close to Ontario Airport so super convenient for early flights. Front desk guy was exceptionally friendly, I wish I had gotten his name. This is a combination hotel/motel, area seemed safe but just be aware that some room doors are on the outside if you are traveling alone. It seemed like an older property so don't expect any frills but for the price it was worth it.

Nothing Someone had a key to my room and tried to come in while we were sleeping. I slammed the door before they they got all the way in. Sketchy! Sketchy! Sketchy!

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint was to check the air-conditioning unit. It was very l loud and had to put it all the way down to get cold. Other then That everything was perfect.

Location Had to change rooms because AC was extremely loud. Maid service was not available.

The hotel room was well kept but it looked old, and dirty with a really strange smell. The shower head was in poor condition. Aside from that the staff was great

The room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. The grounds are well kept. The location was good for us.

Room was so unpleasantly outdated and just rundown. I dont blame the crew. Its this company because ive stayed with them before. No more.

Staff is very unprofessional I was asking if they would inspect the room. No Staff front seat day time
