Nice people. Parking is a challenge but doable

Amazing staff, taking care of the people, free parking.

Stayed for one night and everything was great. Staff's very fiendly, room was cozy and clean. Wifi excellent. Location was perfect for me because I was looking to stay near Lone Bay. n/a

What we didn't like there was not to much about but if had to say , we noticed tho they made up the beds and bring fresh towels in every day, we don't thing the floor the was swept and there was no access to a broom or duster to do it ourself ,price for bearkfest 12 euos per person maybe little high but most things in rovinj are getting to extremely high prices too tho.

Everything, but especially our hostess. She is lovely.

The staff/owner was a great help. The breakfast was good. Great cappuccino for breakfast out on the deck. Walking distance to restaurants.

Location Bed is not comfortable and breakfast is expensive.

A cute place with a very lovely lady at the reception. The room was spacious and they're pet friendly too which is important for me. The hallways are noisy and you can hear it in the room. If you're a light sleeper, maybe not the place. But that's the only complaint :)

Only spent one night here, due to the travel plan, but would have loved to stay longer. Very nice apartment; clean, quiet, good bed and a very welcoming host. And a good breakfast!

The stuff was nice and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes by car from the center of town. There is free parking (we couldn't use it because our car was too big) so they gave as a ticket to use on public parking a few minutes away from the hotel. Our room had a terrace. The bathroom was a bit small.

The place is very nice, comfortable, and sunny. We enjoyed having drinks on the balcony, and appreciated being able to put clothes out there to dry on the drying rack. The beds are comfortable. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The grounds are beautiful. The location is quiet and enjoyable. Definitely recommend. The breakfast was over-priced. We ended up going out for breakfast, rather than eating at the site. The bathroom is kind of dated in its appearance, and could use more travel-size amenities; they only stocked shampoo and one small bar of soap. However they do have a very nice tub. Parking is a bit of a chore but it's not something that would keep us from returning.

Brilliant location, not far from the seaside and the town centre. Staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean and appropriate, with a nice and modern bathroom and balcony. Parking available. N/A

Air conditioning is good. Parking is really narrow for small cars, wifi is terrible, room had insects in it and the bed is really stiff.

Nothing Reserved parking and there was no parking. Had to park on street 10min walk away. Owner sent staff - student girl - that couldnt answer or help anything. Beds were small and there was no soap in the bathroom.

I booked this room mainly because of the private (and free) parking at the accomodation. However, while checking in, the kind of grumpy receptionist showed us where we could park our car on a public car park on a 10 minutes walk with a parking ticket we received. Because parking at the accomodation is only for long-stay guests... that's not what was said when I booked the accomodation: private parking at the accomodation. The hostst didn't understand the problem because the car would be closer to the beach or the city centre, but I two times had to walk (in 30 degrees at the hottest part of the day). Besides that the airconditioning was pointed at the frontdoor the bedroom was hard to get cooled down.
